Lugano, December 3, 2025 – Tinext, a historic group founded in 1995 as Tinet (the first Internet provider in Ticino), active internationally in delivering solutions for digital transformation, announces an organizational evolution that reflects its strategic vision. The goal is to make each entity within the Group more focused, autonomous, and competitive while strengthening internal synergies.
With over 30 years of history, Tinext Group confirms its role as an entrepreneurial hub, with a holding company that brings together all historical shareholders and oversees specialized companies operating in specific digital domains. Among these are Tinext Experience, a true “digital ally” for businesses, working end-to-end to empower organizations with technologies that simplify, connect, and enhance relationships with users and customers; and Tinext Cloud, a reliable and flexible technology partner for cloud migration and management projects, cybersecurity, hardware infrastructure, and data centers.
The Group also includes Swisscolocation, offering co-location facilities, and Vivento Lab, a company specializing in software solutions for events and conferences. Vivento Lab represents the first investment in Tinext Group’s expanded strategy, which now includes vertical software solutions for businesses.
The new structure has led to a brand refresh aimed at strengthening the identity of each operational entity and fostering a more targeted approach to reference markets, while preserving the historic Tinext brand that identifies the Group as a whole. This is also reflected in renewed communication, now more aligned with the Group’s multifaceted identity.
"We have entered a new cycle for Tinext Group. Alongside our established activities, we are expanding our offering, with all the necessary changes to support the Group’s growth," explains Alberto DeLorenzi, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Tinext Group. "We chose to enhance our ability to respond to market evolutions by maintaining solid, centralized governance while allowing decision-making autonomy for individual entities that have grown over the years. This enables us to be more agile, effective, and closer to our clients, while leveraging synergies among Group companies for the benefit of our customers and partners."
The hybrid organizational model, top-down in strategy, bottom-up in autonomy, has already enabled the Group to sustain steady growth in recent years across all areas where Tinext operates.
